We had a fantastic stay at this house. Our host Ingrid was helpful and charming. It is a very comfortable place to stay and our room was light, spacious very clean and on a quiet street. The location is excellent, 6/7 min walk to the station taking you to central London, close to Richmond park and a short walk into Kingston. There are local restaurants shops and cafes and you very quickly feel at home here. We throughly recommend this stay here and hope to return. Thankyou Ingrid. Christine and Joe.

Myself and my husband stayed at this lovely house for a 4-day staycation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with beautiful light from the lovely windows. Ingrid was extremely hospitable and friendly and we really enjoyed our chats in the morning and again when we got back in the evenings. The location is perfect as it’s just minutes walk to Norbiton station, with local shops and restaurants right on the doorstep and a short 10 mins walk to central Kingston or Richmond Park. We would definitely recommend staying at the Artist’s Villa!

November 2020. London
It was a nice and comfortable stay during this time and the owner very lovely. It is not too far to center of London. It is a good place to stay for visiting London. Meanwhile if like artist work, don't miss this chance.
August 2019
Very nice flat, stylishly decorated, with very good taste for colors (not the usual "neutrally decorated" flat) and with artistic touches (like the paintings and artistic pots from the owner). Spotless and in a convenient location. The owner is also an interesting person to talk to. Definitely recommended!

We spent a week at the Artists Villa. Initially we stayed in the smaller room which is good for a single person/couple. The big room is comfy and can accommodate a family. The bed + mattress was comfortable and rooms were very clean. Ingrid is very friendly and an amazing host! Her house is like visiting an art gallery.. amazing art work! If you love art/pottery then you are in for a surprise treat. Next time I visit London, there is no looking for any other accomodation. I have no hesitation in recommending her place to anyone looking for accommodation in that area.

My family of four (including two children) had two and a half weeks' of very enjoyable stay in Ingrid's house during mid July 2018 to early August 2018. Ingrid was very warm and helpful to ensure all our needs were met, including arranging car park spaces and advising us on places to visit or to eat. We found the Artists Villa is very conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, so very easy to get into central London. Thanks again Ingrid for making our long stay in London so enjoyable and meaningful.

Wonderful B&B in a quiet street in Kingston. Room good size with very comfortable beds and a big bathroom. All nicely decorated and very clean. Ingrid made us feel welkome and prepared a good continental style breakfast for us each morning. Excellent location with a trainstation nearby with good access to London (Waterloo Station). Parking in the street with a special permit at very reasonable rates. Everything a B&B should be at good value for money. We would definitely recommend this B&B for a nice, relaxed visit to the London area. Thank you Ingrid!

A fantastic place to stay, a lovely home, Ingrid made me feel very welcome with her warm personality. The room is a good size, with a huge bathroom next to it. The whole house is very clean, a great place to relax, surrounded by Ingrid's beautiful paintings. Close to Norbiton station and a 10 min walk to Kingston Town center. You will not find a better place to stay in Kingston. Cant wait to stay again.

I stayed with my daughter on her last night in the UK before returning to Australia. Ingrid mad us welcome. My daughter had the larger room, larger suitcases!! My room was good and enough for one night. The bathroom was large and very clean. The breakfast was a continental style. You very much feel like you are staying with a friend.

My teen-aged daughter and I immediately felt at home in this roomy, comfortable and quaint B&B. We stayed for a week in late August, with the Artists Villa as home base for touring London, Kingston and nearby towns. Norbiton Station provided super convenient access by rail to Waterloo Station and elsewhere. We frequently walked to the bustling Kingston town centre, to the beautiful Thames river walk and to the Kingston University, each within about fifteen minutes. Nearby pubs, restaurants and shops offered a full range of tastes and budgets, with many more options in the areas just mentioned. Ingrid made special accommodations for our early arrival and our sometimes quirky evening schedule. She confirmed our breakfast time each day to suit our plans. My daughter and I both enjoyed Ingrid's friendly conversation and local advice. Heathrow Airport was an easy express bus from the Kingston town center (X26). Internet wifi was convenient and reliable. I highly recommend this comfortable, unpretentious home-away-from-home for couples, companions and business travellers.

I made a very late booking in the afternoon of Saturday 19th March 2016, not ideal circumstances but I needed a place to stay near to Kingsmeadow Stadium because I intended to have a few drinks. Ingrid was very hospitable, the room was exactly what I expected, clean, tidy and so on for a B&B. Excellent value for a short stay and highly recommended. Wireless reception a little flaky in my room but that is about it! No grumbles at all.
